Our philosophy on custom fitting is more than just bending a shaft or hosel. You will learn more about the importance of proper custom fitting when you order our system.

A conventional putter with a convex sole, regardless of the make, will never set up flat to the surface or give you the feedback necessary for consistent hand position set-up after set-up. Only a custom-fit Ontic Putter sets up flat and square on line, every time.

Custom fitting by Ontic Golf requires that the putter lie angle be exact to your specifications. Proper lie angle is the most important measurement you can make to improve putting, putter function, hand position, and swing mechanics.

A putter that rests flat to the putting surface is easier to align to target and swing square through the mechanics of the stroke.

In addition to lie angles, having the proper CNC machined putter face loft angle minimizes skid and maximizes roll for optimum distance and line control.
